Open code around, our AI at the core
We open the code of our port bricks so that every actor of the port city can build on it. What we keep is what makes the result: our AI models, our business rules, and the patents that protect them.

Two patents filed
Both were filed by DMS Logistics. Inventors: Olivier Raveau and Xavier Des Minières.
FR3133938A1 · WO2023180322A1
A method for managing an intermodal platform with AI: how trucks, trains, vessels and containers are orchestrated across a port. Filed in March 2022, published in September 2023, pending.
Patent pending
The second patent, filed by DMS Logistics, is not published yet: its title and number appear here as soon as it is public.
What we open, what we keep
Three rings: the outer one is yours to take, the inner one is what we answer for.
Open: the code around
Gate operating system, Port Community System, connectors and plugins: being opened, so that a port, a terminal or an integrator can read the code, run it and extend it.
Shared: the platform
Our products run on one platform for the whole port city, without setup fee.
Kept: models and business rules
Truck turn-time and slot predictions, stacking and transshipment strategies, resource planning: the trained models and the rules behind them stay with us, protected by our patents.
Why this line
Open code builds trust and lets the port city connect. A model is only as good as the years of port data and field rules behind it: that is what we are paid to keep improving, and what we take responsibility for.
