DMS was founded in May 2020 by two experienced entrepreneurs with international and operational track records. Based on their expertise in container logistics and the software industry, they built a research team to develop solutions to tackle congestion and carbon emission issues in port logistics.

Pioneers of AI for Smart Ports
After 3 years of co-construction with key players of the industry and various successful proof-of-concepts, DMS raised its first investment round in 2023 to deploy the solution across the container logistics ecosystem.
With 10 people working on the creation and deployment of AI for Smart Ports, spread across offices in Marseille (France) and Los Angeles (USA), the DMS team has tackled the most critical challenges for modern container terminals: TOS optimization, gate processes, resource planning and CO2 monitoring.
Their solutions are now deployed on 3 continents by major industry leaders, and they continue to lead innovation in the sector as one of the pioneers of successful AI project deployment in port logistics.

Xavier des Minieres
CEO - Co-Founder
Specialist in inland container logistics and international trade with deep experience across Africa, Europe and North America. Xavier identified the port congestion crisis during operations in Abidjan (2019), which led to founding DMS. He has built strategic partnerships with industry leaders including CMA CGM, and positions DMSLOG.Ai as the reference partner for Smart Port transformation.
Olivier Raveau
CTO - Co-Founder
IT Engineer (ECE Paris) and software architect with 20+ years of experience in enterprise software and AI. Olivier leads the technical vision of DMSLOG.Ai, designing AI-powered operating systems for terminals (TOS, GOS, PCS, VBS, DataWarehouse). Also CEO of GlueCode.Ai, he brings cutting-edge expertise in machine learning, digital twins and port automation.
